Fox Tale Fermentation Project

Fox Tale is a Nano Brewery & Fermentation Restaurant based in the Heart of Downtown San Jose. We produce highly specialty small batch craft beer as well as non-alcholic Mock Tales (mocktails) & Kombucha. We have Lunch and Dinner Menu's that feature a wide variety of fermented items, fresh and seasonal ingredients with unique flavors in large and small plate formats. All items produced in house are primarily plant based, vegetarian and vegan.
