Amazing food and amazing service (by Li (?) going off the receipt!) Parking: Free 3h parking at the sainsburys multi storey (during sainsburys opening hours)

Super menu. Delicious food. Great staff. Quality wine and beef.

Wheelchair accessibility: Due to roadworks,not the fault of the restaurant, not easily wheelchair accessible.

Just wow. Our first time here but won’t be our last. We’re not local but will go out of our way to revisit. Food delicious. Open kitchen with great, laidback chefs. Staff funny, personable and professional. Highly recommend

Stunning! Lovely A La Carte food, great Malborough Sauvignon wine, great staff, George seems to be everywhere ensuring it all runs smoothly. The chefs deserve a special mention not just for cooking but the presentation. Look forward to our next visit when we are in the area and again we will book in advance.

Fabulous place. The food was delicious, the menu concise and the service excellent. The staff looked happy to be there - something that shouldn’t be underestimated! I thought it offered good value for money and loved that it felt like a treat without being pretentious. We would definitely return when back in Penrith.

4 and 20 is always a reliable dinner out. The menu is always updated regularly, the food is always good, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and this place is always busy enough to have a good atmosphere. If you're looking for a regular place to eat out in Penrith, then this is well worth a try.
