Fossil Cove Brewing Co.

Just moved the the Ozarks, and in my scanning of the local options, this little gem caught my eye. I’m a Belgian ale guy, and I found their saison in a store. Subtle fruit, aromatic, and a little more nutty than most. I went to the their taps and was very pleasantly surprised to also find Belgian brown, triple, quad, and barrel-aged selections. The usual IPAs blondes, stouts, and lagers are also well-represented. Everything tastes clean, with lots of nuance. Really good local feel, and cool funky hangout vibe. Love it!

Lots of good beer in NWA. FC is our favorite. Cool atmosphere and funky Fayetteville people. The best.

Great beer and amazing place to hang out with friends! It was my first time coming here from out of town, but next time I visit this will definitely be a spot i would hit up again! I recommend the beer-mosa :)

Good selection of beers. Friedly atmosphere. If you like craft beer then you need to give them a try.
