Great staff

I love tropical but there is this one girl who works here that makes me feel so unwelcome to where I don’t want to eat here any more. The dude at the drive through was super awesome though.

Top notch customer service other than one young lady who is part of a certain generation that we should expect no less. Keep up the great work guys!

I'm sure it was good because my daughter didn't talk after she got it and didn't complain about anything. The staff was awesome.

the staff was perfectly kind, but i waited like 10 minutes for the wrong smoothie, got all the way home and realised it didn’t have the whey protein add in that i was charged for. this is an entirely different smoothie than what i ordered and frankly i don’t like this version of the smoothie. second time in the past couple weeks i’ve gotten the wrong thing from this location. last time i ordered a wrap with plant based chicken and opened up a flatbread with real chicken once i got home. definitely check your orders before driving off, the labels were right but the contents are not. i’m not the type to usually complain about this, but i can’t afford to be out here paying for food i can’t eat.
