Located in Denver’s Dairy Block, For[a]ged is a Sushi bar, hot kitchen and lounge/bar. Our menu showcases globally sourced ingredients focused on sushi, traditional Japanese sharing plates in modern lounge vibe. Elevated private Omakase chef tastings are also available at our sushi chef kitchen. Bar features hand-crafted signature cocktails, exclusive beer options, extensive whiskey collection and diverse wine selection highlighting wines exclusively bottled for For[a]ged by winemaker Jesse Katz. For[a]ged features two levels, comprised of a mezzanine, a dining room, and a private dining lounge under a world class color-changing chandelier made from 370,000 handwoven crystals.
