Great experience, great food, we hope to do it again soon.

Had a fantastic time , great experience Would highly recommend this Friendly people .The chief was great, who really helped you . Mia who welcomes you and looks after you made you feel relaxed , she was lovely . The others who washed up for you in between dishes , thank you we made such a mess , all off the staff were professional friendly , helpful and we had fun trying something so different I would highly recommend this experience really enjoyed it Thank you

What a fantastic experience. Dan the chef and the brilliant support team made for an enjoyable and educational few hours. Every dish was stunning and Dan taught us through every step, to help create beautiful, high end dishes. I’ll be taking all his top tips into my own cooking at home.

We had a lovely time at the Korean Seoul Food class. Everything felt well organised, and the food was delicious - especially the dessert! Only reason I've rated it down as it felt a little basic at times, some of the steps had been pre-done for us e.g. making the sauce. The class was rated as 'All Abilities', so appreciate you may get a mix of skillsets but might be nice to provide people the opportunity to make their experience more simple or complex. Would happily book again though!

We booked a team building activity and what a fantastic night we had. Our chef, Dan, was so knowledgeable and witty. Instructions were very easy to follow. It was such a relaxed atmosphere with the right amount of banter. We cooked Gyoza and Caramelized Chicken and Lime which was so tasty. I'd highly recommend Mark and his Food Sorcery team to any business looking to book an event.

Thank you to the chef Rick and his team. What an amazing night we had making a chicken curry and starter from scratch. I now have the confidence to get in the kitchen more. Tonight was also a fun evening and meeting different people and making it into a social evening. We all sat around the table and enjoyed the 3 course meal with drinks which we had prepared. We came as customers, but left as friends.

Had a really good evening cooking Persian food

Had the best time last night at the didsbury beginners class! Think the chef was Rick?? Amazing guy & the girls were super helpful! They were great with allergies - unlike a few of the other companies I looked at! The chef also had a dairy intolerance which really helped as he gave me advice and tips which were great. We really really enjoyed it & will deffo be back for other courses!

I had gifted the Indian cookery class to my daughter and granddaughter as a Christmas gift. They both loved it and said it was so much fun and they would definitely book another class as a family. The only thing they complained about was that they had to stand for 4 hours because there wasn’t anywhere to sit. Please consider this in future as some people suffer from arthritis, back pains or vericose veins in their legs, so it’s difficult to stand for that many hours. Overall the class was amazing and the food they made was really tasty. Thank you very much.

If you are looking to do something do something different with friends, family or with work I would highly recommend this. One of the best events we have had with friends clients and staff members. Thank you
