They gave an older veteran his sandwich for free this afternoon when I was in there. Class establishment and great subs.
The best sub sandwich you will ever have.
Love the combos, best sub I’ve had in Illinois period.
Great place. Fantastic subs.
Compared to the other locations this one is the worst. They have a wall you can't see over to watch them making the sandwich. The wall was cheaper than glass I guess. The sandwich comes out extra small as well, of course. Kids were decent but it was a zoo. No onions at all. No prosciutto ready. Fontanos is usually delicious. Take a look at the photo and tell me if that's what you want. I won't be back. edit- updating review to remove stars, as the sandwich tasted like garbage. No mayo at all, which was asked for, and even asked the girl for extra mayo. She pretended she didn't hear me.
Facility is very clean. Workers are very pleasant and food is fresh!! Parking: Metered and parking permit lots
I feel bad about the three stars but you do crunchy yummy pickles are a must and it’s not happening here not have good pickles! Pickles can make her break a sandwich and they’re very important so to skip on the quality and flavor is an injustice to anybody who eats sandwiches and pickles. Please rectify the situation it makes a big difference -just in case the Jardin is made with canola oil, that’s engine oil
The best Italian subs in the Chicago area. I buy a 6 foot sub every year for my friends Super Bowl party and it is by far the most popular thing to eat. I've been to the original store on Polk St and this store is every bit as good. The ingredients are fresh and the bread is amazing.
