Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Hate doing this but I had to in this instance. We dined in at 5pm on a Saturday. The service was good but the meats were not good. Mostly over cooked, chewy and some of it just room temperature. Got a bad stomach ache after wards. Food quality was not good which surprised me.

Food was delicious and the service by Luis at the bar was incredible!

My husband and I brought our daughters here for our farewell dinner during our mini family vacation. The girls loved it. Our server Michael, as well as the rest of the staff, was very attentive and friendly. What topped it all of was the General Manager Christina coming over and thanking us and making sure we had a lovely time. She was also extremely nice to our girls and they loved the attention. Kudos. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kemah.

We love coming to fogo. We appreciate the good service and food. Delicious Luis and Yaya enhanced our experience. We will return!

One of the worst Brazilian steakhouses of all time literally the worst experience from service to the taste and quality of meats. Management need a lot of work . Not one care in the world for anything, no greeting from not one server or manager or customer service, not one check in if everything was at least alright. I asked for just one cut of meat just one and it never showed after asking 4 times. Even getting our check, dessert and drinks took over 20 mins after asking 3 servers. Just disappointed, couldn’t believe all the bad reviews and comments about fogo were true. Just not worth it! please just drive those extra minutes to CHAMA.

Actually, I wrote this post to get a delicious free desert of papaya ice cream. And I was grateful for the opportunity. This place has a great atmosphere, wonderful staff and delicious food.
