Flower Child (Bethesda)

Recently dined at this healthier options establishment and found the food to be quite good. Ordering was straightforward and the staff were helpful. However, I was a bit surprised with the portion sizes as they were smaller than I expected. In terms of value, I would say it's average considering the quality of ingredients used, but expected slightly larger portions for the price. Place is located in a shopping plaza, plenty of parking and even outdoor seating if desired.

Delish! Even gluten free Mac & cheese. I thought ‘why not give it a try?’ Happy I did. Parking: Easy to find at intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Democracy Blvd in Bethesda. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramp for wheelchair.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Today, I stopped by for lunch and ordered two meals, and a dessert which were $40. The turkey avocado salad was good, but some of the greens were not fresh. The sweet potato fries were dry, cold, and the Brussels sprouts were not seasoned. The service was sub par, as the server never came back to check on me. The lemon cake was the best thing I had. Overall, the food and service were just okay and I don’t plan on visiting again.

Love everything about this chain. Excellent food and great service even without there being true wait staff. Always clean and a fun energy. I have loved everything I ordered. Been here multiple times. My favorite is the Thai Wrap.

Meals take a long time to prepare.
