Flavorshack Hot Chicken & Ribs

Ordered southern fried 10 piece came out and it was not southern fried they said they would fix it that southern fried is the 3 whole wings brought out 3 whole wings same mess finally as we are getting ready to leave brought out 3 southern fried whole wings. I ordered a chicken pilly the chicken was so hard i could not even eat the sandwich fries were good though.

The music was way too loud. They thought they were funny. Food and service were excellent. "Music" was bad

Half rack and collard greens. Ribs were as close to fall off the bone as you can get and greens were delicious.

Excellent food and drinks. The pot pies are very good. Depending on who is working they may or may not let you substitute sides which is only a small complaint.

Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. Wide range of food on the menu. Clean restaurant. Only complaint (if I had to make one) was that I wasn't sure the spice levels.

We had a take out order. 3 chicken tenders meal which was good. Also had the 10 mix plain wings. Those were not good. They were tough and dry. Im not sure how this happens but they were. Maybe were cooked to long and they werent hot but my chicken tenders were. We paid total of about 45.00 for 10 wings and 3 tenders meal. Little to high for what we had, including drinks were about a size medium. 3.49 for one soda.

Stopped through for an afternoon snack. The ribs was not bad but not great either, this plate was DEFINITELY not worth 20 dollars considering the small portions of sides and the snack size ribs. The macaroni was decent and the sweet potato crunch was good but overpriced considering it’s the same sweet potato crunch that is offered at the majority of BBQ restaurants in this area and the grocery stores also. But I can say the young man that was the cashier…His customer service was phenomenal. I will come back and try the chicken on my ne t visit

The live entertainment was excellent. The wing selection was great. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. There was four of us and we ended up staying a little later than normal. But the people that work there didn't seem to mind.

We have ordered from them a long time ago so we had pretty high hopes. But this time was a huge disappointment. I ordered fried chicken with honey hot sauce on the side and fries and hush puppies. My husband got the chicken and waffles. I gave two stars because I ate the hush puppies. The fries were soggy and bland. ( my 3 yr old wouldn’t even eat them) The chicken was dry and bland. Like no salt at all. The sauce on the side was so small you could only eat one piece chicken with it. The “pickles” which I happen to love was literally one tiny dried up pickle sitting on top of one the chickens. My husband said his chicken was the same. And the waffle was greasy. It’s sad because we wanted to love this place but we will not return. For this price point I expected better.
