I had take out, I ordered roti skins and curry chicken. First off I am from the Caribbean and I love Trini food, I am well versed because I love my belly. I was in PA and saw this place and decided to try. What a disappointment. The small thing of curry chicken was so watered down, the chic pease was the same. ZERO taste. I was like what am I even eating. I asked for sauces on the side and of course nothing was in the bag. By the time I opened I was already too far to go back. So there was literally no taste to the food. The skins was good but that’s about it. Way overpriced and the food was really subpar. Do better folks.
I have never been to this restaurant. I ordered out , and I looked a little further and found out it was a Caribbean restaurant. I won't have ordered. I am not into spicy food, no, that's not true, I recently started adding a little spice to what I cook, and it is not bad. I am still trying to finish this soup that I ordered today. I thought it looked wholesome and healthy. It didn't look like the picture. It's not too bad. I haven't run into any chick peas. There are a lot of string beans, maybe some broccoli and some celery, and think some red peper and chicken dumpling, not that many carrots. I also ordered a cheese steak, and you know how you have that certain taste that you're looking forward to, and you get a big disappointment. That was what this cheesesteak was. It was cheesy greasy. I don't want my meat to be completely greasy. Talk about clogging up your arteries. I thought the onions and peppers would be cooked and laying on top, but no. Ok, I took another bit of it, now that it's cooled down and I don't like the taste of it. Ever so often, I order outside my neighborhood at restaurants, thinking their food is going to be fresh, well prepared, and delicious, and it's not. It's like it's terrible everywhere. What frustration me is that I'm ordering from Uber Eats, and it's costing me.
