Really nice shop, the ice cream is amazing, one of the staff who I think is the owner is really friendly, but I have to say that, that one older woman who I believe just started working there really got my head shaking because I brought 3 single scoops of ice cream in a tub and she tried charging me £6:50 for 3 tubs and said “I’ve an extra given you 1 and half since it’s me” (which I didn’t ask for) and she points at the broad where it says “Cone” which said £2 for a single scoop when I wanted to buy the ice cream in a “tub” later she says in a huff “oh, for goodness sake” after I pointed out that on the broad it says £1:50 for the TUB. I totally understand that she’s maybe just learning still, but I don’t think that was right in what she was doing

Delicious pizza, unbelievable price – with a sprinkle of local banter. Fiver Pizza on Easter Road is NOT a scam. At least, I was able to walk in, order a pizza that old menu had down at about £11 and pay £5 for it. It's the old Slicery location, and I was lucky enough to try it on their first day of relaunch. Things were a bit cosy, but a good crowd was popping in, and the pizza made up for the no-frills takeaway atmosphere. Things to Know: - Takeaway only - a few seats, but not for dining. - Cash preferred (they want to avoid the card fee) - Great value (I got a loaded 'Mexican' for a fiver!) - Thin crust, decent toppings. - Friendly owner and even a cute dog hanging around. Quirky bonus: I overheard some fun conversations while waiting, and the owner seemed genuinely passionate. He even hinted at the secrets behind the low prices! Overall, if you prioritize good, affordable pizza over a fancy experience, Fiver Pizza is definitely worth trying. Keep an eye on them, I think this place has potential.

Outstanding pizza both the pepperoni and the deluxe meat feast. Definitely give domino a run for their money. Definitely will be buying again!
