Five Guys

The best double cheeseburger around. Five Guys sets the standard for the best burgers and they are a real bargain. I will never eat at McD, BK, Wendy's again. To me better than Inn Out and Shake Shack.

Update: Fast pickup order prep when ordering online. I waited less than 5 min to get my order. The shakes were fresh and the fries were hot. Delicious. Always delicious. It's a symphony of flavor in every bite. The fries are the best. Seriously. The cajun fries are equally amazing. My wife and I get an order of each. They're too good to share, even though you get a whole bag full. This location is great, though honestly I've not been to a bad one.

Decent burgers, nothing amazing but a whole 2 steps above McDonald's or Wendy's.

Bought 2 burgers and fries via Uber eats. Driver came directly from restaurant. Burgers and fries were cold, burger was soggy, and fries portion was much smaller than usual. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

The food is just as good as the standard 5 Guys, but they'll are super disorganized every time I go in and, even though each time there's been very few people in, it always takes a very, very, very long time to get assistance.

I must say that Jairo Barrientos is the most vibrant cashiers I have ever seen at Five Guys at Waltham. His service is one of the reasons why I would definitely return, just because of how good he was.

No matter what time you come day or night, busy or completely dead, ordering in store or for pickup. The food is NEVER EVER READY!. The service is absolutely awful the dining room is always filthy not somewhere I'd want to eat more accustomed to a barn room floor then any food serving restaurant. The music is always far too loud to have a conversation with anyone even your table companions. I avoid this restaurant at all costs if possible.

Service is inconsistent, sometimes it is super inefficient and almost rude and sometimes they are nice and quick. Food is always great
