Rude staff Waited 20 minutes while they watched customers standing at counter. Two employees behind counter cooking (I get they were busy) didn't even acknowledge the customers waiting to order. Would look and make eye contact but didn't interact and explain or even attempt to take our order. When asked if they would take our order they became angry and defensive saying we were being rude and cant we see they are busy and have a lot of orders. No customer service skills.
Before I was charged , tips screen appeared, I for got my glasses and I asked cashier to press the screen for me. Order was simple plain hamburger to go. Than everything started. After hearing numbers served after mine. I was told that receipt I have is not mine, when showed charge and last four digits of my card and my actual card one of the workers has thrown burger literally at me.
Five guys one of best burgers this one is good .....no problem ever .....
The service attitude is very poor and the treatment is very racially charged. It's outrageous for everyone to play with their mobile phones at work. If you don't want to go to work, go back and lie down as soon as possible. If you continue like this, sooner or later you will be shut down.

I hadn't been to Five Guys in a while. Always a good burger, but I can't justify the prices. It's rare that I factor cost into my reviews (unless they're surprisingly low), but $48 for 2 burgers, a small fry and 2 small sodas in a fast food restaurant (no table service) was too much.
It's an expensive burger but it's the best franchise burger on Staten Island
Consistently good food. Workers are very nice and very efficient.
