This location typically has good customer service and great food. However I just got food and the floor in the restaurant is really dirty. There was straw wrappers and other little pieces of garbage/packages of stuff all over the ground. If I was someone that has never been to this location I might question getting food here. I figured management should know how the restaurant looks to the general public.

Redemption for the brand. Lived here for 2.5 years now, not willing to eat here, as 5 Guys from prior hometown was awful. Good food, great service.

Great burgers, fries, and shakes. Think somebody erred on the fries. Ordered medium/ regular order and truly believe I got a double order. Can't wait for next trip to try other sandwiches.
