Unfortunately they have the music so loud that you can't hear a person 4 ft away, plus the counterperson cannot hear your order. I will not return. I will not eat lunch at a rock concert

MY hamburger was delicious . The staff was friendly and helpful. I got a lettuce wrapped hamburger for my son, who can't have bread. Wheelchair accessibility: I had no problem getting my wheelchair bound son in.

Worst service that I received from a Five Guy franchise!!! Small portions and extremely poor customer service! I strongly recommend a visit to North Myrtle Beach, if you love this franchise. When I attempted to confront my cold, bad food; the teenage employee was defensive and argumentative instead of accountable and empathetic. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION… you will be wasting your money!!! WARNING!!!!
