Great food made to order. Eat it while it's hot!
Usually do not have any issues, but they got our takeout order all wrong. Asked for a bunless burger (gluten sensitivity), received a burger on a bun. Did not ask for lettuce (have a sensitivity to iceberg lettuce), received lettuce on my burger. Won't keep me from going back, but this time was a very disappointing experience.
Order was ready quick and the staff was friendly. Also, store is kept clean inside.
Very expensive.Very noisy. They don't keep tables clean after people leave. Gave us wrong order.
Oh wow this place is good . I got a cheeseburger with tomato, Lettuce, and grilled onions . Yum 🤤! I got a small fry and they are super generous with their fry supply . These are the best fries . I ever had from a fast food place. Yum 😋! If that not enough the place is super clean . The staff is super friendly. Wow 😮 ! They have indoor & outdoor seating . They have a free parking 🅿️ lot . So no worries 😉about parking . The price is good for the quality of the food , the freshness and the portion sizes .
Spur of the moment 2pm burger craving. Five Guys? Yeah. That'll work. Went in person. Young woman who took my order was nice and efficient, no unnecessary sidetracks. Did 3-5 min of business on my phone & the burger was ready, 8 min ride back to the office, sat comfortably to eat. Still hot. Just like I ordered it. Ahh...
Worth the trip in with the parking but hamber was good and left me with a load if fries. Order came up fast to, though there was some communication error in my order I would still go back if I was in the area.
food is good inflation is terrible why do I have to pay for fries separately? It makes no sense.

They made a couple of errors with my order, but they fixed it quickly and without any fuss.
Online order support cannot do anything when an issue arises other than “attempt” to send a message to the store. Calling the store results in a Verizon error. How can you charge a premium price but have no customer service?
