Went there earlier with my sister. We walk in all employees are staring. We pick up her burger and it looks smashed and soggy

Great burgers, great fries, free peanuts, and a good variety of beverages. This location does not have freestyle machines, but I am okay with it - they have Caffeine Free Diet Coke on tap. Woo-hoo!

Nowadays, it seems like I'm getting a burger waaaay overcooked more often than I used to at this location with all of my toppings thrown in there instead of having everything cooked and put together properly.

$31 for a about fries and a cold burger. Bye bye 5 guys. You’ll be out of business in a year

Hello I just left out of Five Guys I requested to have my fries freshly made and the person who took my order shook his head as if I was saying something wrong. There’s nothing wrong with requesting anything fresh. Then they have the nerve to say they was fresh. Then they threw them in the garbage. I feel as a customer. You don’t really have to be a customer treat people the way you would like to be treated. Serve people the way you would like to be served, you don’t know how far of a distance I had to go The reason why I requested my fries to be freshly dropped we must do better keep great service

The food is as great and the service was speedy and they was professional and the atmosphere was peaceful

I order lunch every day for our executives. This is not the closest Five Guys for us but we drive the extra miles due to their great food, great staff and timeliness of each and every order. They are kind, the restaurant is clean and they are extremely organized and dedicated. Thank you so much for making ordering for a large group easy.

Placed an order to be picked up an hour later. Show up and store is closed at 130pm. No call from them or refund issued at store so I can eat today. Have to wait 3-5days. Wouldn't be upset had they called when order was placed to cancel.
