The Fishers Test Kitchen is a restaurant accelerator where chef entrepreneurs test their newest creations and Fishers residents experience the future of the Fishers culinary landscape at the home of Sun King Brewing's new location. Three fresh restaurant concepts will rotate as chef entrepreneurs launch their concepts, refine their menus, and build a following as they prepare to expand their concepts into other locations. We’re growing a vibrant local food community, and the Test Kitchen chefs will be helping to push the city forward — one bite at a time!
