I frequent Fish Taco all the time, because it's one of my son's, who is a well known YouTuber i(Peaks100) favorite places to eat. I placed an online order (which happened to be the wrong location). I generally go to the Wildwood location but today I mistakenly ordered here. I called as soon as I realized my mistake and asked to speak with a manager. The manager got on the phone and I explained to her what happened. I then asked her could I pick up the order another time or day because I was not in the area, or could I receive a refund. The manager stated the food was already made and she was unable to do anything. I think this is HORRIBLE customer service, being as though they received payment for my food. I have 20 years of management experience and I would have NEVER resolved this situation in this manner. Although, it was my mistake to order from the wrong restaurant, as a manager she should have made sure because I did not receive what I ordered that it should have been rectified in some way. I would never visit this location because of such horrible management ethics.
Absolutely scrumptious signature fish taco platter. Cute inside. Guac and chips are delicious, too.
Got the "2 chicken tacos platter" which had perhaps 3 ounces of chicken between the two of them, and a small mound of rice and beans. First time, maybe last time.
Food is always amazing and the staff is very nice!
