Service slow. The food is tasty. The restaurant is a bit loud. Hard to hear at times.

Just want to give a major shout out to Jacqueline! While my husband and I were waiting for our food my sugar started dropping. It was scary and nerve-wracking but she along with a young gentleman jumped into action to help. Not only is this a wonderful atmosphere, the food is delicious, and the staff are the best! Thanks again for a great experience and prompt service.

Love eating here when I'm sitting down but ordering for take out is horrendous It took an hour for my food to come out and the portion size was abysmal. Don't order online, if you're going to eat here you'll have to sit for good quick service.

Ridiculously expensive For mediocre to decent food. 5.50 dollars is absolutely absurd for 4 pieces bacon, never again.

The customer service and food was EXCELLENT. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager Ryan and the host Rakim went out of their way to make sure we received wonderful service and helped out with making a special occasion for my fiancé and her grandmother special. All the food was fresh and hot and the place was very clean. If you’re looking for a great place to eat brunch in Hickory do not hesitate to go. Service was "good" even though my daughter said she would have the same thing I ordered and the server only rang in 1 waffle instead of 2. Also...as usual...I ordered tea with lemon and had to ask for the lemon a second time. Rarely does any restaurant bring out the lemon with the tea! You can definitely tell that the food is fresh and not frozen. High quality food items. My only complaint about the food is that for $25 per person, I expected the food to be hot and not room temperature, which tells me they bulk cook and put everything on the plate while they cook the eggs to order. Even the waffle was room temperature. The fresh butter (not margarine) was barely melted on the toast and the waffle. The "hot" syrup was already on the table when we were sat so it was warm not hot. It was a disappointment all around and for the $56 spent for 2 people, I don't believe I will be returning any time soon! I guess my expectations are to high.
