One of my favorite places to eat! Always friendly staff, always good food!

I'm a big fan of FW and having been in the service industry, am big tipper whenever I dine in. I did an online order today for the 1st time. FW was not particularly busy or full at this time. I called before pick up, it was answered by the bar not the front stand: I asked if the order was ready and I could come in to pick up (its hard for me to walk/stand right now and all handicap parking was taken so was trying to time things well), The gal behind the bar was soooo rude and unclear about answering me, seeming bothered I would waste her time to ask. I told her I was confused on what she was saying and asked again if I should come in or wait a bit and she blantantly hung up on me while I was talking. Terrible attitude and so disrespectful to others. I called back and the front stand answered, she was much more polite and clear about pick up. (Thank you) Idk her name for the 1st employee but its extremely unprofessional especially for the service industry. I'll go back to FW but this wouldnt be my ideal location of choice after todays encouter with that staff member. Disappointed I had to have any interaction with someone like that.

Tried another new spot for myself for my birthday. Wanted to try their breakfast. It was really good. Service was great. I had the million dollar bacon. It was good. I'd definitely get that again. Had the morning meditation fresh juice, smoked salmon with roasted veggies frittata with home style potatoes and Floridian French toast. It was all good. Couldn't finish it all. I was stuffed. I will definitely be coming back here to try some other items they have

Ordered take out and found out after getting home they did not include a large portion of the order paid for. Called and if I want a refund for their mistake I have to submit through corporate office in FL. Or I can make ANOTHER drive over to get what I paid for. Thanks for ruining my Sunday.

Great service, great meal. Wonderful selection of healthy breakfast and lunch items.

Excellent breakfast place. Been many times and have not been disappointed yet.
