Firenze Restaurant & Pizzeria

Just ate dinner with my family. I had the chicken Marsala that's on special tuesdays.....I had one bite and spit it out. The chicken tasted spoiled,the marsala sauce was decent but it sat so long in their window it congealed and was lacking any real flavor. The pizza was good....My issue is when I spoke to my server who did not introduce herself so I can't put her on blast. She gave me an attitude and didn't care i did not like my meal. She was rude and made me feel bad because the food tasted terrible. I will never come back or order takeout because of this one employee....Every interaction with your guest can make or break their experience....

Best Italian family dining on the east side. An institution that should not be missed.

We had a delicious dinner here, I ordered the veil, which was phenomenal.

I believe that they have refurbished their chairs and booths .what a nice new and fresh look. The food & atmosphere are tops my new favorite family restaurant !
