I got a hook and ladder medium sub and I found a seed in my seedless olives and when I brought the seed back up to them they accused me of lying and threatened to call the police on me after ASHLEY the manager got loud with me. Bad service I wouldn’t go back for free.

They do something really weird with their hours. They continually put up that they close at 9 pm but they don't, they close at 8. Last year I dealt with them being really snippy and rude when I showed up at 8 to pick up my food because they claimed they close at 8 and the only reason it says 9 online is because even though they keep attempting to change it with Google Google won't change it. So I of course apologized and even put in an hours change request for them with Google and it changed to 8 instead of 9 to reflect what the employees say are the actual hours. But after about a month I noticed it had changed back to 9 online. I called and spoke to an employee who said no they close at 8. I was a bit annoyed but forgot about it until I checked their location again today and noticed it said closing at 9 still. I like Firehouse (even though they don't have fries like at Penn Station they are still good - their hours just suck) so I called and waited to speak to an employee who once again said they close at 8. Why do they keep changing their online hours to be inaccurate?

Placed my order Online, Thursday Feb,29 at 7:18pm. I was having difficulty with the system. We were unable to select our bread type, which we were trying to select gluten-free for one of the subs. Also, somehow the system added two of the same subs when they were supposed to be different (We had an order of 3 subs total) I noticed the mistake upon looking at my receipt, as I store all of my receipt my phone. I called the location immediately after the order was placed to let them know what happened. They placed a young lady on the phone who said she was the manager.I explained the situation to her. Her response was that the subs were already made. Really? It was literally within 2 minutes in which I called the store and that they have nothing to do with the online system, and if I wanted the correct sub, I would have to pay for another one. Mind you, the subs were made with white bread. I have a sensitivity to gluten. I asked for the managers name, which she did not provide. She said that she didn't understand why she should give me her name. I said because I'm a customer with a complaint. Her response was that I was busy making orders and hung up. Fast forward my son picking the order up bringing home...I'm beyond disappointed even though I can't even eat because of the bread. The sandwiches are dry with little sauce on the parmesean, barely any mayo on the cheese steak. What a disappointment My son really wanted Jersey Mike's. I should have listened to him. I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning. I love firehouse, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

I went into firehouse subs today and was accused of cutting the line just because the person who wasn’t working the register didn’t hear the couple in front of me say we could get in front of them. She took it upon herself to ask them if they were ready because she didn’t want to take our order if they were ready to order. I told her that they told us to get in front of them and she proceeded to say that she “didn’t hear them”. I’m really confused on why she needed to hear them when she wasn’t the one at the register. It made for an extremely uncomfortable situation and I won’t be going back and I’ll be telling my friends and family not to go to that location. You can’t just assume someone would jump in front of people just because.
