Is it just me, or are they putting less on the sandwiches?

I used to frequent this firehouse for quite some time as I worked off Riverstone Pkwy. Now that I live in the area, figured I'd pick up some for dinner/lunch here and there. Time and time again, though, the kids behind the counters butcher everything they send out. This has been a problem for me, my wife, my brother, and co-workers as well for roughly the past year. I won't go into conversations the kids discuss behind the counter, but every time it's always something that manages to distract them from making the sandwiches properly, and quite frankly some are not necessarily appropriate, especially when I have to remind my curious 3 year old that they aren't saying nice things. Definitely take a little extra time and go to the firehouse on Hwy 92.

Great fire house, clean, everything stocked, and was pretty quick in and out. Good for a quick bite, was fresh.

Went to pick up an online order last night - in addition to the subs, my wife ordered a bottle of their BBQ sauce. Fortunately I looked in the bag as the bottle of sauce had not been included. I inquired and the person I assumed was the manager looked at the receipt and added the item. She called out the mistake the people preparing the orders but offered no apology. Food was ok but the buns were wet/soggy which detracted from my rating in that category.

Ordered takeout twice from this location. Both times order was incorrect since they seem not to look at customizations.

Just left and the doors are locked, but the sign says they close at 9.
