Bad service full helping of attitude! I've been to this chain in several cities always very good. This particular location is all the attitude you can handle and more. Couldn't take it and just left. I figured the food would be compromised at that point. Don't worry they will always get the last word. It's a shame I like this chain. Oh well maybe in another city.
If someone requests double meat and you don't give them double meat, you just stole what the customer paid for that double meat. Let that sink in. And I'm sorry the three employees were having a rough time with the overload of online orders, but when you take a customers order in the restaurant you still need to show good customer service and not a look of hatred for doing the job you get paid to do. Kindness goes a long way. I still tipped y'all though because I've been in the customer service business and I know how it can be, but girl, don't let your day be ruined by things you cannot control. Keep smiling.
I ordered online a turkey sub and received nothing but meat on a bun? And when I call in they disconnect their phone. What a pathetic excuse for a place of business. You’ll never receive my business again, dumb mf’rs
Amazing food, the service is great in the morning but at night it’s a little crappy, you can tell they don’t want to be there
If company ADVERTISES With commercials & SIGNS all over star about a new sub & I get told ...oh we can't make that....HORRIBLE
First Time Trying this place it was really Good.The Italian Sub was Fresh and Hot.
