Great food Food is better than the other sub shop out there thank you One of your employees female has been there for a long time and I appreciate seeing her every time I go in there it makes it feel like we're part of a family when we go back to a place and get our favorite foods and the same people are there good retention

Avoid this place at all costs! The employees just stand around and talk to one another. They bring their children to work and avoid customers. They take over 15 minutes to make your sub and it also takes them forever to take your order. They all have better things to do then to help you. While I was waiting for my sub (only customer) I saw a woman stand at the counter for 5 minutes before they took her order. The man was too busy flirting with the employees to do his job. The restaurant was dirty, not stocked and unwelcoming. I have also submitted a letter to corporate with names regarding my experience this week. I used to love eating here, but this establishment as gone downhill so fast with the group now running it.

Came into the restaurant 5 mins before they closed. Brock Lesnars' twin daughter was at the counter, and she rudely asked me what I wanted. She took my order then called for Guadalupe Martinez to come out and make my sandwich, and as she made it, she stared at me in disgust because I came in 5 mins before they closed. She handed me the sandwich I said that you and in true Madison Wisconsin fashion she replied with silence....

GREAT JOB, WAS ABLE TO GET 8 SUBS OUT RIGHT AWAY! FIRST TIME FOR MANY IN THE SHOP AND EVERYONE ENJOYED!

I like this place. It's close to the house too, The place is nice when you walk in everybody's friendly
