Firehouse Subs Hudson Plaza

Ok so I ordered on mobile. When I got there I was spoken at. I saw the sign that said mobile so I walked that way, my order wasn’t ready yet so I sat down. When I say drown, I saw the sign that said all you have to do is get your drink, I went to get my drink and Dr Pepper and diet Dr Pepper was out. Ok. So I got sweet tea. Fixed everyone’s drink and I waited and waited and waited and waited some more. I finally stood up and was asked what did I order so I explained it. As I was leaving I asked about the sandwiches as she only placed 3 sandwiches in the bag and she said oh we forgot it. Get home and the tea is very unsweetened, no chips no napkins no nothing. I called to speak with someone, some young girl answered and I explained the issue then the phone was silent. I sat there a minute and then hung up and called back. The manager answered rudely and wanted to get loud and smart with me talking about I should have gotten chips. Yet the sign says only get your drink. She was so rude and so so so nasty, this place was filthy and must be under new owners because it was trash. I’m good on this firehouse

A good sub shop!

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!! I downy my entire lunch break waiting on a sandwich! 30 MF minutes!!!!! With 2 ppl in front of me! Literally had no time to eat and was late coming back from lunch coz I spent my whole 30 min waiting!! I hope this place gets shut down because no one in there deserves a job!!

Go in and have them make it infront of you cause whoever did orders January 25th 7pm lazed out on our orders I literally ordered a Turkey sub on white, white American cheese, green peppers, lettuce, spinach, and honey mustard. it was so simple but whoever was making orders didn't care enough to do their job right I got a turkey sub on white with absolutely nothing else on it.

The 3 ladies working this shift were very friendly and helpful and made us GREAT SANDWICHES!
