This place has fallen off so hard man. Half the time the food tastes wrong or is made incorrectly. When u try & have it corrected u get attitude or questioned like YOUR lying lol!? “I promise this isn’t a prank, I ordered …. & I got… As u can see” lol. Please pull it together

I ordered an Italian Salad, was missing tomatoes and cheese. The salad wad very good, just disappointed I didn't get everything on it.

I recently called to confirm and order placed online since I didn’t get any sort of confirmation via email or text. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I hate to think how they treat in store customers. Needless to say I canceled my order and got a full refund. Poor customer service is unacceptable.
