Firehouse Subs Firewheel

everyone was in the back room when I came in and I had to wait a few minutes before someone finally saw me and had a bad attitude when they had to take my order and kept calling me Larry? everyone kept giggling at me and they put tuna on my meatball sub. Guess they should be called crack house instead of firehouse.

Don't spend your money here. Unless you like getting sick from the food and enjoy bad customer service.

My favorite place!

worst location I've been to. my food had hair a tiny bugs on two separate occasions. the staff is rude and unprofessional. I even overheard an employee say there's a bad turnover rate. I guess it's a bad place to both work and eat? in any case, no one looked happy to be there. they appeared to be on "something" which isn't surprising as I've seen employees smoking who knows what around the dumpster behind their building. not sure if employees or owners or management is responsible for this hideous behavior but literally go to any other local sandwich shop and avoid this place!

Ordered on the app for bogo .and a side of Mac n cheese. One of the subs didnt apparently didn’t show and it wasn’t in the order. The rude girl there said that’s a third party and they have no control. No one tried to make the order correct or figure it out. One of your competitors had an app problem and made it right. They will get my business!
