Firehouse Subs Danville Mall

We have eaten here in the past, but for one reason or another didn't come back. We came here today just for a sub. The sandwich was pretty good. The only qualms I had were the bottom of the sandwich was soggy and they used the same knife to cut someone else's sub and left marinara sauce in part of my bun (I didn't get anything with marinara sauce)

We love our Danville Firehouse! The food is always great and the employees are always super friendly! Restaurant is also always clean! They always take care of you no matter what. The Firehouse Facebook page put up an offer for New Years that was buy one get one free. We were first told it wasn’t something we could get at our store but the manager (I believe she was the manager!) immediately honored it! We always appreciate a business more when they take such good care of their customers. They could have easily said no and turned us away. Thanks for being one of our favorite places to eat!

Same issue, EVERY Firehouse. WHY the pickle???!!! Specifically ordered NO pickle. Do they even READ the order? I do not like my bread wet and soggy from a gross pickle. What if someone were allergic? Can’t recommend anything, I’m sure they will ruin it with a pickle.

Every time I order, my order is not right. Yesterday my banana peppers were left off and I had a pickle even tho I said no pickle. Last time I had unwanted tomatoes. She asked was I allergic to them like that made a difference. I didnt want them. And the time before that, I had white bread instead of wheat. Attention to detail is a must.
