Firehouse Subs Cartersville

Wed evening about 6 P.M. Only 1 table w/customers. 2 employees not wearing hats or hair nets. One constantly pecking on cell phone then playing with her hair and rubbing hands on her face. I don't think she sanitizes the phone! They got busy a few minutes later and entire crew pulled together. Ordered 2 salads. Each one looked different but both were ordered the same. Asked employee about something missing on salad so she stuck her gloved hand into it and said it was underneath. Unprofessional! Another employee had a hat but hair was everywhere and covered his eyes. Looks sloppy and Unprofessional BUT he did the job. Upside was that there was no playing around or foolishness going on. They were taking care of business when they got busy. Parking: Get there before rush hour. They get busy for dinner

Great staff here, and the subscwe had were amazingly delicious

best sandwich i’ve ever had in my life. whoever made it deserves an award, and brittany who took our order was super nice and friendly

the food was ok, but when i went to the bathroom there were 4 pickles on the toilet and sink, i feel this is very irresponsible for a restaurant.

Put in a very large order. Got back to give out and two sandwiches were left off. Called to have them bring the two missing sandwiches but was told "we are too busy right now" I will not be ordering from them again. VERY poor customer service. Sad that they would not make right, their mistake.
