My food was taken out and not that good. I usually go to South Park and it is delicious

The food and service was definitely great.

The Tomahawk Pork chop was average at best! The service that my wife and I received from Lauren was outstanding!! She was always available and we received our food with better than expected time even though they were busy with 2 parties of 20! The men’s bathroom was atrocious and smelled like a zoo with rusted screws near the urinals on the dividers.

A good place to have a meal. The food is excellent. The service is good. You might need to make a reservation depending on the time you would like to dine. I took a special young lady there for valentines Day. Was a great daddy and daughter date. The place is also great to take your wife for a wonderful meal. During peak hours, I would recommend making a reservation to ensure that you would have a table ready and seated promptly. Without a reservation, we waited about half an hour before we were seated. The lobster dip appetizer was very good. My daughter had a sirloin steak that was almost as good as a filet. We were both amazed at the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the bourbon chicken. The asparagus was some of the best that I have eaten in a long time.

My husband and I dine regularly at Firebirds at Northlake Mall. The food is always excellent, the service - impeccable. The managers are not hiding in the office, but are out in the dining area, often stopping by tables to chat and ensure that patrons are having a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a variety of options, including Chilean Sea Bass which we both tried for the first time today. One of the managers, Marvin, actually bought our plates to the table and thanked us for choosing Firebirds. Tiara, our server, is always great, as is all the Firebirds staff. Debra and Joe

First time there and food was amazing. My daughter picked this place for my son birthday and everything was great.
