Ordered from uber eats last night and got the "buy one get one free" margarita pizza deal (so our order was just two pizzas). We payed extra to add hot honey to both pizzas but I couldn't see or taste it at all so I wonder if they even added it. We live about 5 min drive from the restaurant but our order took 1hour 10mins to arrive from being placed, absolutely crazy. The driver who delivered our order was also incredibly rude. I told him on the phone that my boyfriend was outside ready to collect but he demanded I come down to get it?? He proceeded to ignore my boyfriend and refused to roll his window down to speak to him. Overall bad experience which is a shame as its our first time ever ordering from this chain, won't bother in the future

I had ordered pizza from fireaway last night i seen some hair on it and i called them ask for another unfortunately the guy who was in charge was very rude

Absolutely shocking!!! Eat the pizza last night had stomach aches when toilet twice in the morning never will go there again disgusting

Ordered and paid 21/12/2023 NEVER delivered and still chasing a refund. Calls to shop have got no where. Not a single apology given.. Genuinely disgusted by their customer care

Best Pizza in Cardiff !! Fresh - Tasty and even when things go wrong they're top notch ! Had a slight delay and got 2 free pizzas ! Outstanding customer service and they all tasted great too !
