My husband and I were very excited to try this restaurant during Queen’s Feast! When we arrived we decided to splurge and order off of the regular menu so that we could try more of the tapas. The cocktails were exceptional! The octopus and shrimp au gratin were very good. The entrees were very disappointing. My chicken was fine, but had almost no seasoning, my side of rice was crunchy in parts, and the vegetable side was cooked to different levels, though they were all the same vegetable. My husband, who LOVES duck, was really displeased with his entree. It was served raw, seared on the outside, RAW (not rare) on the interior. His arugula and beat salad was served completely dry, without a vinegrette or sauce. Neither of us has ever sent a dish back, but we had to. We apologized to the server when we explained the situation, and he removed the duck from our bill. My husband ordered the pork belly tapa as a replacement. More disappointment, as the pork belly, which should be crispy, was gummy and fairly flavorless. We were very disappointed as we spent $200 on this meal. While this was dinner time during Queen’s Feast, the restaurant wasn’t even half full, so I can believe that the kitchen was overtaxed. Finally, I want to mention that the mens room has photos of several very attractive women exposing their posteriors. While I wouldn’t bat an eye at this in a sports bar, both of us were taken aback by it in this environment. It seemed a little creepy, especially since there were no equivalent photos in the ladies room.

This was our first at Fiore. The room and bar was fairly small, but beautifully decorated. It had very dim lighting and was a quiet environment thru the whole meal. Great date night atmosphere, which is what my wife and I wanted. The seating is mostly table and chairs, but there are booths running along the walls, with chairs on the opposite side. You could end up with people very sitting very close to you if it is a busy night and you choose booth seating. The crowd was minimal on our night and it was intimate. I ordered the wedge salad, chicken limon entree and caramel cheese cake for dessert. My wife had the Cesar salad, ribeye entree and creme brulee. Everything we were served was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection, and well seasoned. Our waitress was not as on top of things as she should have been on a slow night, but it was nothing to make it a bad experience. Just not as good as it should be at a fine restaurant. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars on the food was the portion sizes. Delicious, but quite small. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend it and will return. Kid-friendliness: Not a restaurant for kids.

Fool me once. We dined here for dinner tonight and both the service and food were below par while the prices were outrageous. We ordered cocktails which were good, but overpriced at $18 per martini ($36 for two martinis, what?), and $14 for a premium liquor (reasonable), but $1.75 for tonic. Let me say that again - we were CHARGED for mixer. I have never seen that in my entire life. We had to ask our server to bring my husband's second martini from the bar, where it had been sitting for a very long time without anyone picking it up and delivering it, and I had to remind the server to bring the wine I ordered to have with dinner. We ordered the crispy crispy pork belly as our starter, which was NOT crispy and NOT as shown on their tablet menu pictures (if you are going to have a tablet, you better deliver what is shown), three pieces of rubbery pork belly for $16, and wedge salads which were delivered before the starter. We both ordered the smoked duck entrees after seeing a diner at the table beside us get it. His duck was exactly as pictured and described on the menu. The duck we finally received after an extended wait (30+ minutes) looked like a tiny piece of leftover duck and nothing like we had just seen on our neighbors plate. I will forever regret not complaining at that point because we were absolutely ripped off. I would estimate we received no more than 4 ounces of duck each for $27 served with a beet salad (not freshly roasted beets by the way), and smashed potatoes which were the only redeeming feature on the plate. We ordered cheesecake for dessert (not sure why we even bothered at that point as we had been in the restaurant for going on two hours), but after waiting for 20-minutes canceled it and asked for our check. Our server apologized and said the kitchen was backed up making salads for a large party. Again, this confused me as cheesecake is premade and only requires plating, but whatever. Once we got over the shocking drink prices we were even more stunned to see a line on the check for a kitchen tip. A kitchen tip? A KITCHEN TIP!!! Another first for me. Perhaps if the food had been delivered in a timely manner, in the correct order, and as pictured on their snazzy tablet menu, we might have considered tipping the kitchen. Instead I am leaving my tip here - do better and serve what you advertise in a reasonable time. Regardless, I will never go back. Absolute waste of $200.

This is a review of New Years Eve. The good news first. The food was delicious, every bite. And not only was our server professional, she was really sweet and took so much care with her work. Mallory! It was easy to look around and see the entire staff had rapport and worked well in a buzzy atmosphere. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant was instantly appealing upon entering. Loved it and the bar is gorgeous. Ok, that's the end of the good news. They had a musical duo and the singer was loud with a very high piched voice. She did not know the songs so she sang with a phone in front of her face. They were talented but not right for the dinner hour. Piano would have been enough. My huge critique involves the menu and food service . Poor choices and timing. It was downright chaotic. We know NYE will be a pre fixe menu and we thought a 4 course that included a glass of prosecco was a fair deal at $85 a piece, and we added $45 for a bottle of wine. All in w/ gratuity it was $328. The first salad "course" was served with a steaming bowl of mashed potatoes, which was supposed to be the second "course" . The potato "app" said phillo mashed potatoes. We thought it was creative spelling for phylo dough and would be a crunchy package of potatoes, like a samosa. No, it was a bowl of mashed potatoes. Served as an appetizer. Lucky for him, the entree "course" arrived 30 seconds after his potatoes. It was just steak on a plate. Not even a sauce. No one seemed to know how to compose a four course meal or how to serve one. It was beyond unprofessional. We are embarrassed for them. I can tell you where we would NOT spend $328 again. This restaurant is unprepared and ill-qualified to try and sell a prefixed/coursed meal. False advertising and a money grab. That's how I would describe New Year's Eve at Fiore.

The food is mediocre at best, especially for the price. I ordered the roasted beet salad as a starter and the beets were literally canned beets, which was very disappointing. Bang bang shrimp was less than banging. I enjoyed the pork belly, but that was really it. They have a great cocktail menu, but if you are going out for dinner, I would choose otherwise.
