Fiola Mare celebrates Fabio Trabocchi's love for the life by the Sea. This dreamwork is inspired by the wonderful Italian coastlines and the bounty of the most pristine seafood under the sea. The Adriatic and Fabio's native coastline of Monte Conero, the world-renowned Almafi Coast, Sicily, & Forte dei Marmi, are the inspiration of our menu experience towards the finest crudos, seafood towers, delightful salads, handmade pasta, and The Signature "Carrello del Pesce", a seafood cart, where the daily best catch from Italy and all over the world is showcased at your table for you to indulge and enjoy your senses.
