Fil Cuisine opened its doors in 2010 and has been serving authentic Filipino food in the Greater Seattle Area ever since. A dream come true for Chef Sonia Eagan, "Nanay Sonia" to many, who traces her roots from Nueva Ejica, Philippines; the place where she first discovered her passion for cooking, influenced by her parents who she describes to be both wonderful cooks. Nanay Sonia offers a delectable menu of traditional, homemade dishes that are rich in flavor and uniquely Filipino. Nanay Sonia's Fil Cuisine, to many of its patrons, truly tastes like home.
