The team at the Fiesta Taco Truck has been in the catering business since 1993… That’s a long time to be discerning the pallates of the Tri-State area. We have always believed that there is only one important rule: provide our customers with quality food and impeccable service. The Fiesta Taco Truck uses only the finest ingredients in everything we prepare. We search high and low for flavor and texture that creates amazing tasting tacos, homemade tortilla chips, fresh salsa, and more. During that search, we have found interesting things to add to our menu such as lobster gaucamole and of course, our delicious seafood paella!
