Awesome place to eat

The food didn't taste as good as it did the first time I had it. I went to the location on Veterans the first time and this time I went to the location on Williams blvd big mistake. And the prices were higher at this location

I ordered this place last night for delivery, when I placed the order for delivery. When ordering online, there were no options for comments, nor to exclude anything. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager. I asked to have the shrimp boil with no sausage as my wife and I do not eat pork, she seemed understanding as she is Muslim. She told me she would look specifically for my order and make sure everything was correct. When we got the food, we got halfway through the bag and noticed there was sausage in there, after eating half of the order. By this time it was roughly 30 minutes past closing and we couldn't contact the resturaunt. Also when we had the shrimp cool to go, the shrimp was over cooked and very soft as well as there was barely any seasoning. Dietary restrictions: There seemed to be no option ordering online, or even calling.

My pictures went viral on twitter lol, but it was a 8/10!! The wait was long, but the server was very attentive.. I loved her! I was nervous to go because of the reviews but it was really good.. They forgot my eggs as you can see in the platter but the food was hot and fresh. They gave us a good amount of sauce which was good especially for left overs! We got the House Platter, Hot, and Fiery Special which was about $110 it’s worth it in my opinion. I can’t wait until they get crawfish.. I would definitely go back hopefully the wait time won’t be as long next time and the food is just as fresh as it was on Sunday. Onion rings 10/10! I hope they continue to impress me

Where do I start , Jonathan was such a breath of fresh air, I was having a bad day so I decided to go to fiery crab , I sat at the bar and to my surprise Jonathan was so nice and very professional , I never got that customer service experience at fiery crab, you need more workers like Jonathan!! I will definitely go back and tell all my friends and family to ask for Jonathan!!

Food was good and food

It's really good seafood cooked well, with large portions, big shrimp, big mussels, big crabs, big everything. But their sauces are what really makes it great. My favorite was the charbroiled oysters, so delicious!
