I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and he did not like it, neither the taste nor the shape. I call the store and told me would give you $5 gift card use at store.. this is not my first time ordered from the store I order birthday cake more than 6 times a year's every time I say no problem but this time no way! No more shop from festival store.

Nice store but limited product/brands

I love Festival Foods! It's got almost anything you want for weekly groceries- might want to look elsewhere for ethnic selections, however. The store hours are great because I can stop in almost anytime I want.

They do a terrible job restocking shelves. Items stay out of stock for weeks

Festival may be pricey but they have great sales and tremendous customer service!
