Ordenamos comida para llevar , primera vez q hibamos queríamos tratar algo nuevo. Ordenamos en línea mire buenos reviews así q decidimos tratar. El precio súper bien para el sabor y cantidades. La atención súper bien de las chicas q salieron a curbside , amabilidad y buena actitud. La única cosa me gustaría una locación en Springdale ☺️ esto es mejor q las grandes cadenas de hamburguesas. Volveremos

Came in with my sisters for my birthday. We’re standing probably 5 feet away from the counter looking at the menu. My little sister goes up and orders and the girl w the blue streaks in her hair is rushing her and being kinda rude. This other guy goes and orders cause me and my other sister still haven’t decided so this girl comes out of the back and is like “so are y’all gonna like order or..” my older sister (who’s not from Fayetteville and has never been here who is ALREADY anxious) shouldn’t have to explain to y’all that she’s never eaten then. After she tells her she’s looking at the menu cause she’s never been there the lady is like well if you have questions you can like ask. Y’all need to take like a customer service course or something. Love the food but the 2 ladies who work in there made the whole experience negative for us

Great food friendly faces and friendly priced. Clean inside and out really enjoyed it.

The food is trash

Food is decent but unfortunately customer service is the worst part about coming here, we’ve had several issues in the past with their systems, once they charged me twice and said it was going to be refunded but it never came back. I called and all the time the answer was “nothing we can do”. Now, they got a app and its trash, you get rewards that you cant use because the app will not load or it gets stuck loading and stays there. You ask for help and same thing its said, nothing we can do. We were loyal customers to this place for the past 2 years, not anymore.

Great burgers and burger sauce!

Customer service is really bad, I come here for the food but the way you get treated or talk to is really annoying.
