The guy at the front was an extremely nice gentleman, food was delicious as always, so overall it was an enjoyable dining experience

The best fazolis iv ever been to. The service was unbelievable amazing from the kitchen to the front everyone was friendly The guy james taking our order was very helpful with helping us decide what to order and even explained all the specials going on . The place was super clean bathrooms and dining area. As a extra note better then olive garden

I wanted to update the review from four years ago. We have been there occasionally since the last review. Went last night and experienced great service and good food. The staff was the most professional and helpful we have experienced. Karishma was especially hard working and customer focused! Other employees were good as well. Never had to ask for more bread sticks, or wait long for food. Recommend for good Italian fast food.

Karishma and Tyler are very friendly, professional customer focused, and inviting. The quality and quantity of the spaghetti and tortellini special were spectacular as well as the price. Great service and cleanliness of restaurant.

My husband and I came in for some food as one does at Fazoli’s. And was kindly greeted as we walked in. The lady, Samithi, who took our order was super kind and did wonderfully. She constantly came and asked how our food was and if there was anything she could get us. I feel she will do very well in this job and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Just got off a 10 hour work day. Wanted to sit down , relax and eat some good food. Got all three.

Took my wife here for a bite to eat handed the guy a50 dollar bill he mark it with a black marker and say it won’t go through there machine so they cannot take it I said so it not real he couldn’t even tell me so I went to another store right next door and the lady marked it and said it’s real he just didn’t want to take you money he tried to make me feel like I have counterfeit money I don’t play that crap

The workers (Sahari and Sameera) were so amazing! They gave us SO MANY breadsticks!! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!
