This is attempt number three today to find a burger. After failures at Burger in Paradise and Burger Street, next on my list was Fat Guy’s Burger Bar in Broken Arrow. Another failure. Fat Guy’s Burger Bar is permanently closed. A sign on the door reads “Something New Coming.” Please don’t let it be another Mexican restaurant, Chicken joint, Dispensary, Pizza place, Coffee Shop or Church. We are at capacity in Broken Arrow! Hmmm, that doesn’t leave many options, does it? How about another Indian food option, a Brazilian Wax Spa, a nail fungus clinic or a Psychic Palm reader? Yeah, that might work. Back to today’s pursuit of a Hamburger. Next on the list is District Burger in downtown Broken Arrow. Try number 4 for the day. If it is closed, I will swing by Walmart a pick up a pack of bologna and go home.
Good - **** I dont think there is still anyone to beat fat guys when it comes to juicy burgers. I have been a fan of theirs for a long time esp their fat and juicy cheeseburgers. This time also I ordered the same fat and juicy cheeseburger with my preferred toppings ( attached in the pic) It was spicy and juicy. The price could have been lowered a bit but still its worth.
I was the only one in there for about 30 mins, but it was good. I got a triple cheeseburger and spicy fries. The drink like sprite, tasted as if it had tequila in it. Overall, it was a good burger and fries, but I'll get it to go next time.
My wife stopped in to get dinner Paid for premium Toppings my burger only has like 2-3 grilled mushrooms and no grilled onions maybe 2 small pieces of bacon and yall must of changed patties because I remember the jumbo used to have some weight to it and now the patties are like super thin and the wife's burger had no lettuce when she asked for it
Special shout out to Nicki who was working the front when we came in with our group of 9. She changed the TV shows in the dining room for the kids - what a thoughtful gesture! Service was great and the food hit home. Thank you!
