Food took over 20 minutes longer than the app stated with no other customers in the restaurant. Couldn't provide all the items in the order. Requested refunded from website and nothing. No response.

The WORST service ive ever had. Stood in for 10 minutes trying to order and no one acknowledged me or asked me for my order. Got very dirty looks by the girl taking the orders

For the past year, the consistent theme of this place has been running out of ingredients hours before they close. I came yesterday evening (12/27), there was only one employee in charge of the front and back. There were two women ahead of me who kept asking for extra cheese, and the employee agreed. While they were waiting for their order to be completed, the employee received an online order that she started to make. Great, now I'm waiting even longer even though I was there first. Then, 7 minutes later, once she's done - she proceeds to tell me there is no cheese left in stock because "we've had online and delivery orders all day". If you're running out of cheese, and you know people are in line, why are you giving customers extra cheese? They're always out of some ingredient or another, but will charge you full price for your meal. It's ridiculous that this has been going on for so long. If you know you run out things, keep extra supply of it.

One among the pathetic restaurants which I have ever encountered in Canada. The serves treates Customer like Rubbish. Will never take a chance to visit again.
