Excellent service and great food

Service is always great, but the quality of the food has dropped substantially. The chicken is different now with a spice that I personally just do not enjoy, so I opted for pulled pork. What I received was 3 day old pork roast chunks. They were dry, cold and inedible. I contacted the owner a few times with photos and received no response. Disappointed that the issue was not addressed and in turn they’ve lost a loyal customer. ***I’ve reached out 3x via email to the email provided and haven’t even been acknowledged***
