We waited 45, and no one told the manager that the order tickets were not working on the back printer. Told them we had been waiting 30 minutes, and they gave everyone else after us their food and till had us wait another 15 minutes. We are upset with the facted that they didn't even try to rectified the situation. Got our refund after they stated the printer was not working in the back. I explained to her the minute the cooks saw you taking orders and nothing printed out. The cooks should have communicated that to someone. We left never to return
