Very good place to leaving with Family

I traveled to Mumbai for a conference by my family clinged on to me so a small family trip to mumbai from chennai. We arrived little early in the morning at around 9am but was informed that the check in time is at 2pm so had to wait in the lobby till almost 1pm to get a room allotted, had bitterness at this time. the room was quite small, old types but decent enough. not the premium kind but good stay for a day or two. Dining place is quite small to accommodate the crowd during breakfast times so had to go there wait and then get a table and there is nobody in the reception of the restaurant to guide you or something. My heartily thanks goes to Mr Reddy (Chef) who saved my child and spouse from drowning in the pool. the pool is small with faster gradation from 4feet to 8feet which was not realized by my wife who took my kid to 4 feet and stepped back to go to 6 feet and both of them started drowning. She called for help and many staffs rushed and saved them from drowning in the pool. as i was away from hotel to attend conference couldn't be there with them during hard times Second there was a mishap during check out, my card got declined twice and then i used another card to get the transaction through but the amount got deducted in the first card twice as well. Mr Ashutosh (Duty manager from reception) handled it nicely and professionally. followed it up with their finance team and given me the answers and details that I wanted to file complaint with my bank and followed through till the amount reverted back to me. This review is to show my gratitude towards the service part of the hotel. Nice warm, welcoming team.

It's at a great location in Colaba. The rooms are okayish for the price they command. The staff and service provided are top-notch.
