Don't expect a lot of cheese on their pizza like the pictures on the web page or on the walls in the restaurant. Skimpy scraps considering the prices these days.
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK: Avoid this restaurant unless you want to go to the emergency room. The food is terribly overpriced, and for an $25 pizza I expect it be edible and not undercooked. The wings were all bone and spun in ketchup. The employees didn’t wash hands beteeen handling the money and food prep. The actual restaurant was dirty and had rodent droppings on the floor.
Eat at your own risk. The storefront looked like a converted animal pound. The floor had visible mice feces. The food was undercooked and tasted terrible.
Sweet and attentive staff, phenomenal food, and good prices, inside is dated in the best possible way and feels like a true New York pizza place, always love Rays
I ordered a slice of cheese pizza. The lady said it would be 5 or 10 min. They forgot my order. I waited 1/2 hour watching HGTV and then I just left. Very disappointed.
This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. They were all very kind. I will definitely eat here again 10/10
I didn't go to famous Ray's Pizza. I went to Body Alive, but Google thinks I did. I want Famous Ray's to stop popping up, so I left this review.
I walked in, and it smelled like home! I haven't had a slice of white pizza in over 15 years. My face is so happy right now! LOL out of all the NY pizzarias I've tried since moving here, this knocked then right off of the park! I'll definitely be coming here again soon!! Thank you for a fantastic lunch!
Pizza and wings were flavorful. There are no refills here, and the drinks aren't filled in the cups. Small little area to eat, but it's a good environment.
Still after all these years the pizza Is amazing. You definitely need to come in and grab a slice. Or better yet get you a Stromboli. You will not be disappointed
