  Brewed by our friends literally across the street. Their fizzy delight is “fermented with fruit, then dry hopped with flower and spices to provide a bright, effervescent taste and sweet aroma.” This is the good stuff, folks. It’s 1.5 month process optimizes kombucha’s “natural probiotic benefits while quelling the acidity found in many widely distributed kombucha.” Unpasteurized.
