Ordered on deliveroo. Took 2 hours to deliver the meal. No one was answering the phone so we could not get an update on the order and could not cancel to order somewhere else. Spoke to someone on deliveroo chat who also could not get hold of the restaurant. Google hours said the restaurant was closed. Extremely poor.
A large restaurant with spaced out seating located in a restaurant and cinema mall with large parking outside. Tablet form order with extensive menu. Process would be easier if there was photos attached to each dish. Ordering was generally easy and efficient. A real shame about the cutlery, plates and containers for food as very much on a take away principle albeit noted on order that was eating in! This could be improved to enhance in-house dining experience. Food- a number of good dishes: cauliflower wings and aubergine in black bean was really good. The peking duck was good, Again could be improved if came in a better serving manner. The egg fried rice was average and the chicken satay was below average. Service was ok. Free parking with number plate entry system on tablet at bar.
A great experience here with lovely staff and excellent food. Definitely will be returning or ordering again.
Worst food ever and very expensive for a noodle and black bean sauce, 17/01 I ordered a noodle with black beans and he forgot to send me the noodle, I asked where my pasta was, he apologized and sent me the pasta and told me to mix it on my own paper plate, it’s shame and I paid £ 22,00 quid for this “food”
